Dear Mr. Talbot,
I just wanted to send you a quick note and tell you how much my husband and I enjoyed working with Peggy Font. She has been assisting us in the search for our dream home for three years. (We were a little picky!) Peggy never made us feel as if we were a burden or pressured us into buying a house that didn’t feel right to us. She was also always there for us 24/7. I could call or text her whenever and she never delayed in showing us any house.
She was always so helpful whenever we looked at a possible house. She would point out potential problems and discuss how to fix them. Her building knowledge really came in handy a number of times. I was always so grateful to have her there with us.
When it came to the sale of our house, she definitely gave it her all. She followed up on every showing and would always report the feedback to us. She also discussed with us different things we could do to improve our showings. She always kept in mind, though, that we have two small children and would try to make me feel less stressed out about having everything completely spotless.
I truly feel that Peggy went above and beyond for us and because of that we will be moving into our dream home this week!
